Individual sessions: Utility and Design Patents, Provisional Design Patents, Trademarks, Recent Patent Legislation, Hands On Searching. Presented by Richard Apley, Director of the Office of Independent Inventors, USPTO, joined by another member of his staff. Bob Lougher, Executive Director of the United Inventors' Association will make a presentation on How to Avoid Scam Companies.Door prizes include: A $450.00 professional patent search and patentability opinion, a $395.00 Wal-Mart Innovation Network product evaluation, PatentCafe stuffs, plus others.
